DataRoom AI is a side project focused on building a modern, AI-enhanced dataroom for legal teams. The goal is to speed up document review and due diligence by combining secure uploads, searchable case context, and AI-assisted summarization in a single workspace.
Why I am building this?
Legal teams still spend too much time manually reviewing large sets of contracts, exhibits, and correspondence.
DataRoom AI is designed to:
- Surface key clauses and obligations quickly.
- Reduce repetitive review work with AI-generated first-pass summaries.
- Keep full source context visible for auditability.
